imageMY SUPPLY OF VEMMA HAS ARRIVED! Yes, I’ve joined a Vemma team and I’m excited to be a brand partner and try to get this revolution going!

I don’t know about you, but between work, college, fitness and life, I’m an energy drink junkie - Unfortunately almost all the brands are complete crap for your mind and body and they will slowly kill you.

But… then there’s VEMMA! Right now it’s the healthiest energy drink out there and it’s amazing.

I’ve been drinking Verve, the energy drink by Vemma for the past 2 weeks now and I feel amazing. Verve is my go to drink before work or during my shift. It’s full of Vitamin A, B, C, E, D… B 12, Biotin, Green Tea and all these amazing supplements that can boost your energy and alertness without all “the nasty.” 

The other Vemma product in my picture above is their dietary supplement shot (In the large white bottle.) This taste and works amazing!! I take the shot after my main meal - Some days with my breakfast or dinner depending on my work schedule. This has helped with my workouts, my focus and breaking down the food in my stomach because I’m really sensitive to carbs - Beyond this I’ve noticed my finger nails have been stronger? That’s without wearing any nail polish or strengthener (I have really thin and nasty nails too…) Hopefully the biotin in the drink will do something for my hair growth, but we shall see!

Quick, easy and clean :)

Breakfast: Overnight oats with cut up blueberries, kiwi and grapes

Snack:  Raw veggies and hummus

Dinner: Egg white omelette with spinach, mushrooms, tomato and 2 slices of whole wheat toast

Allrecipes.com is easily one of the best recipe sites online.. but sifting through a million recipes to find yummy &amp; healthy recipes can be hard. The healthy section has a lot of lol-worthy “healthy” options (cinnamon sugar pork rinds? are you serious? in the healthy section? ok.) &amp; There’s a ton of great healthy recipes buried in other sections around the site. Here’s a list of some worth looking at!
PS - when you change the number of servings, it automatically scales the ingredients down for you!

If you’re still with me!


I haven’t been on this in a very long time and I miss my fitness life!

I got a little caught off with my hardcore fitness routine and healthy eating habits because I was busy finishing my degree in journalism and working hard to save up to move to Toronto!

But, I’ve finally graduated, interning, moved to Toronto and ready!

I’m determined to get my healthy life back and follow my dreams with confidence :)

What gives me confidence? Feeling strong, being happy and healthy.

I want to write an article about how healthy eating habits and working out makes you feel better and takes away depression: This is true because I experienced it. The last few months not living this amazing lifestyle I quickly became miserable, unsatisfied and sad all the time.
