I don’t know about you, but between work, college, fitness and life, I’m an energy drink junkie - Unfortunately almost all the brands are complete crap for your mind and body and they will slowly kill you.
But… then there’s VEMMA! Right now it’s the healthiest energy drink out there and it’s amazing.
I’ve been drinking Verve, the energy drink by Vemma for the past 2 weeks now and I feel amazing. Verve is my go to drink before work or during my shift. It’s full of Vitamin A, B, C, E, D… B 12, Biotin, Green Tea and all these amazing supplements that can boost your energy and alertness without all “the nasty.”
The other Vemma product in my picture above is their dietary supplement shot (In the large white bottle.) This taste and works amazing!! I take the shot after my main meal - Some days with my breakfast or dinner depending on my work schedule. This has helped with my workouts, my focus and breaking down the food in my stomach because I’m really sensitive to carbs - Beyond this I’ve noticed my finger nails have been stronger? That’s without wearing any nail polish or strengthener (I have really thin and nasty nails too…) Hopefully the biotin in the drink will do something for my hair growth, but we shall see!

I got a little caught off with my hardcore fitness routine and healthy eating habits because I was busy finishing my degree in journalism and working hard to save up to move to Toronto!
But, I’ve finally graduated, interning, moved to Toronto and ready!
