Healthy date! Tonight my boyfriend and I went to see pain & gain because we’ve been hyped about this movie - Have you seen The Rock lately!? BEAST and amazing!We decided to eat before the cinema or else I’d be tempted to eat a large bag of popcorn (popcorn combos are my weakness.) 
We chose whole wheat Greek pitas <3

I recently moved to Toronto and I haven’t joined a gym yet so this is how I work out :)

BREAKFAST!I decided to try something new with my scrambled egg whites this morning…
I added 1/2 cup of cottage cheese! It’s amazing!If you’re into putting cheese in your eggs, cottage cheese is an awesome alternative - It tastes super creamy and cheesy… and it adds extra protein. It’s so good for keeping you full and feeding your body for hours!
I put baby spinach in the mix and sprinkled basil and chili powder. Also ate a weight watchers whole wheat pita, which is only 90 cals.
